All orders must be placed by 9:00PM EST on Thursdays to be shipped the following week. We only ship on Mondays or Tuesdays. Please see our Live Arrival Guarantee section for more details on shipping.

Due to crazy shipping calculations, we are listing a flat $50 shipping DEPOSIT (we have never had an overnight shipping under this amount). We will contact you with shipping rates from our shipping label company. Shipments can be completed through UPS or Fedex. We will give you quotes on both! Please keep an eye on your email for your shipping quote.

We do not ship live Axolotls to California, Hawaii, Maine, New Jersey, New Mexico, or Washington DC due to Legal constrictions. Any order placed going to these states will be cancelled and refunded. We also do not ship internationally.
